Knowing is not enough

Knowing is not enough-we must apply. Willing is not enough either-we must do.
Goethe.
So what do we do with what we know? We can make our lives to live longer or we die
sooner. Head knowledge is easy-it is the action that gets things done?

Why do we do what we do? Why is important that we do what we do?

All questions only each person can answer.

The thing always happens that you believe in;and the belief
in a thing makes it happen. Frank Lloyd Wright

Living to 150;can we do it?
Question posed on Barabra Walters with Dr.David Sinclair on 20/20.
Amazing new discoveries are happening in this research of living longer.

What do we do with the knowledge to live longer? Where do we sign up to live longer
and healthier lives?
Would the "Bucket List" be longer and get fulfilled then?
There would be more time!

In the mean time we act on what truth we know about our health so we can begin the process of living longer and healthier lives. What a blessing to pass on to next generation!
